For homes, apartment blocks, offices, schools and institutions we build a maintenance schedule around how the building is actually used. Typical visits cover inspecting and testing all sanitary fittings, checking exposed pipework and joints, exercising isolation valves, flushing seldom-used outlets, cleaning strainers and aerators, and inspecting water storage tanks and pumps.

Each visit is documented with a simple report of what was checked, what was adjusted, and what should be watched. If we find something that needs repair beyond the routine scope, we quote it separately so you can plan for it rather than being surprised by it.

Washrooms carry the heaviest use in any facility, and they are where most complaints originate — running cisterns, blocked drains, broken seats, low pressure at showers. Our crews install, service and refurbish washroom fittings: basins and taps, toilets and urinals, showers, partition hardware, and the drainage serving them.

In busy facilities we also advise on consumable fittings and spare-part standardisation. Standardising on one or two tap and cistern models across a building makes maintenance faster, because any plumber on duty can fix any fitting with the spares already held on site.

Emergency maintenance covers the events that cannot wait for the next scheduled visit: major leaks, blocked main drains, pump failures, and loss of water supply to the building. When you call, we first guide you through isolating the problem over the phone, then attend with the tools and materials the job class typically requires.

After the emergency is resolved we review what caused it and whether the maintenance schedule should change — a recurring blockage, for example, usually points to a drain run that needs re-grading, root removal or an access point installed.
