Sanitary Fittings

Every fixture is set plumb and level, fixed to sound substrates, and connected with the correct traps, connectors and seals. Toilets are anchored properly and their wax or rubber seals are fitted dry and true; basins and sinks get correctly sized bottle or P-traps with fall in the right direction; showers and bathtubs are set to drain fully rather than pool.

We pressure-test and leak-check every connection before finishing touches go on, and we keep joints accessible. A fitting sealed so thoroughly that no one can ever service it is not quality work — it is a future demolition job.

Our teams install the full range of sanitary fixtures: close-coupled and wall-hung toilets, urinals and cisterns, wash basins and pedestals, kitchen sinks and drainers, bathtubs, shower sets and enclosures, bidets, and accessories from mirrors and shelves to tissue holders and grab rails.

Where clients are sourcing their own fittings, we are happy to advise before purchase — not all ware suits every plumbing configuration. Wall-hung toilets need structural support and a concealed cistern; some imported showers expect pressures our supply systems don't produce; and mixer sizes must match the tiling layout. A short consultation avoids costly returns.

Existing fixtures are repaired where sensible — new flush valves, seats, cartridges, trap sets and seals bring fittings back to full function at a fraction of replacement cost — and replaced where they are cracked, corroded or past economic repair.

Replacement is also done carefully: we protect finishes during removal, chase out old sealant and grout properly, and make good the surfaces a swap touches, so the finished work looks intentional rather than patched.
