Pipework Services

For new builds and extensions we install complete supply and waste systems: hot and cold distribution from the storage or booster source, branch lines sized for the outlets they serve, and drainage runs with correct falls, venting and access points. We work from architectural drawings where available, or survey and design the layout ourselves for simpler projects.

We work in PPR for hot and cold supply, PVC/uPVC for waste and drainage, and copper or galvanised materials where a specification calls for them. Every joint is pressure-tested before it is concealed, because the cheapest moment to fix a leak is before the pipes disappear behind a wall.

Older buildings often run on tired galvanised or mixed-material pipework with restricted flow, recurring leaks and unclear routing. We upgrade such systems in stages that suit the occupier — replacing distribution lines floor by floor, or re-piping the whole building during a renovation window.

Upgrades are also the moment to correct inherited problems: undersized branch pipes, missing air chambers, dead legs that hold stale water, and unprotected supplies feeding pumps. We re-route, resize and re-support pipework so the new system is simpler than the one it replaces.

Existing installations benefit from periodic servicing: pressure and flow checks at representative outlets, inspection of exposed runs for corrosion or sagging, verification that valves actually shut, and re-tensioning of supports and clips. Thermal imaging and acoustic leak detection help us find concealed problems without opening walls unnecessarily.
